I have bet on countless of hands of 21. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of cash at blackjack. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial 5 dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager
Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
