I have bet on countless of hands of 21. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of funds at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager

Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of $10

Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager

Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager

If you departed at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result will not be the same.
