I have bet on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of bankroll at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give away a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 wager

Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of $40

Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80

Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet

Bet $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
