I have wagered on millions of hands of twenty-one. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of bankroll at 21. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is centered on the idea that chemin de fer appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40

Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
